Business hours & quiet hours
Constrain booking availability, and flag automated sends that land outside your working hours.
Booking availability#
Under Settings → Business hours, turn on “Booking availability” to set open/close windows per weekday — you can add more than one window a day (e.g. a lunch break). Off, the default, means every time slot is offered on your public booking page exactly as it is today.
Times are entered in your business timezone, set under Settings → Business profile. Turning this on constrains only which times a customer can pick when booking online — it doesn’t touch jobs you schedule yourself.
Quiet hours#
A separate toggle sets a quiet window — a start time, an end time (an end earlier than the start wraps past midnight, e.g. 9pm–7am for overnight), and which days it applies. Off, the default, means automations fire the moment they trigger, exactly as today.
Today, quiet hours FLAG a send that lands in this window — it’s visible on the email/text log — they don’t yet reschedule it to send later. Full deferral to the next allowed time needs a send-schedule store, which isn’t built yet.
How this differs from the hours on your site#
Settings → Branding has its own “Public hours” field — free text shown only in your public site footer (e.g. “Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm”). Business hours here is structured, actually drives booking availability and quiet-hours logic, and is entirely independent — you can set either one without the other.
