Reviews

Route happy customers to a public review, and catch unhappy ones privately first.

How the star-gate works#

A customer taps a star rating on a link you send them after a job. A rating at or above your threshold routes them to your public review platform; anything below opens a private feedback form instead, so an unhappy customer reaches you directly rather than posting publicly.

Setting the threshold#

Under Settings → Reviews, pick the star-gate threshold — any whole number from 1 to 5 (the default is 4 — a 4★ or 5★ rating goes public, 1–3★ goes to private feedback). Saved instantly, no confirmation step.

Where the public route goes#

Set your public review link and its platform label (e.g. “Google,” “Yelp”) under Settings → Branding. Until you’ve set one, a qualifying rating gets an inline thank-you instead of being sent anywhere — nothing stands in for a real link you haven’t provided.
