Build & send a quote

Create a quote with line items and send it to your customer. They review it on a branded page and can accept or decline online; you can also request an e-signature so acceptance is captured formally.

Turn a quote into work

When a customer accepts, convert the quote into a job or an invoice in a click — the line items and customer carry over, so nothing is entered twice.

Invoices

Send an invoice and your customer gets a secure pay link branded to your business. The invoice flips to paid automatically when they pay, and the payment is recorded against the customer. See “Getting paid” for how payments and fees work.
