Invite teammates, control access by role, and get crew on the mobile app.

Invite a teammate

Open Crew → Invite crew, enter their email, and choose a role. They get an email invitation; clicking it signs them in and adds them to your business in one step (no separate password).

You can resend or cancel a pending invite any time from the same screen.

Roles & what they can see

Access is role-based. Owners and admins have full access. Operators handle day-to-day work (customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices) but not billing settings. Accounting sees invoices, payments, payouts, and reports. Sales works leads, customers, and quotes. Staff/crew see their schedule, jobs, training, and time-off — not money or settings.

The navigation and the pages themselves enforce this: a crew member can’t reach owner-only areas even by typing the URL.

Crew on mobile

Field crew use the Meridian mobile app. They sign in with their work email and a 6-digit code, then see their schedule, clock in and out with GPS, capture job photos and signatures, and track their earnings.

Crew are invited from the dashboard (above) — they don’t self-register on mobile.
