MovingHelper import
Pull your MovingHelper.com marketplace jobs straight into Meridian with the Chrome extension.
What it does#
If you take jobs through MovingHelper.com (the U-Haul moving-labor marketplace), the Meridian Chrome extension logs in to MovingHelper for you and imports each new order as a Meridian job — customer, address, date, crew size, and the invoice total — so you stop retyping marketplace orders by hand.
You can connect more than one MovingHelper account (for example a company running two marketplace listings). Nothing about the accounts is stored in the extension itself — it reads them from your Meridian workspace using your own signed-in session, so a device that isn’t signed in to Meridian can’t use it.
Add your MovingHelper accounts#
In Meridian, go to Settings → Integrations → MovingHelper. Choose “Add account” and enter a name (use the company name exactly as it appears on MovingHelper so the extension can auto-detect which account is signed in), the MovingHelper login email, and the password. If MovingHelper emails you a login code, add the inbox that receives those codes in the “2FA email” field so the extension can fill it in for you.
Passwords are encrypted before they’re stored and are never shown again on this screen — to change one, just type a new password and save; leaving it blank keeps the current one. Only workspace members who can change settings (owners and admins) can add, edit, or view these accounts.
The optional “source channel” is a short tag stamped on every job imported from that account (for example `raider-movinghelp`). It feeds source attribution and revenue-share reporting; leave it blank to use the default `movinghelper` tag.
Install the extension#
Install the Meridian MovingHelper extension from the Chrome Web Store (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/gojonaanlejlihkdpifpbihkldldpalk), then make sure you’re signed in to Meridian in the same browser profile. You’ll also find the install link in Meridian under Settings → Integrations → MovingHelper.
Open the extension and it will show your connected accounts. If it says you’re not signed in, open Meridian and sign in, then reopen the extension.
Import jobs#
Go to movinghelper.com and open the extension. Pick the account you want and choose “Login” — the extension fills in the username, password, and (if needed) the verification-code email; complete any CAPTCHA yourself and finish signing in.
Once you’re on your MovingHelper dashboard, open the extension and choose “Import jobs.” It walks through every new order, creating a Meridian job for each one, and opens the new jobs for you. Re-running the import is safe: an order that’s already been imported updates the existing Meridian job (matched on its MovingHelper order id) instead of creating a duplicate.
Imported jobs land in your Jobs list like any other — the customer is matched to an existing record by email or phone (or created if new), the invoice total is saved to the penny, and the MovingHelper order number, job code, crew size, and any customer notes are recorded on the job for reference.
